Purpose
A learning project for keeping student-entered dates in one place. It does not provide immigration advice or decide which rules apply to a student.
Repository status
The public repository documentation reviewed on October 24, 2026 describes one entity, one migration, and a PostgreSQL development environment. Flyway owns the schema and Hibernate is configured to validate it. An API, authentication, and document parsing are not implemented in that snapshot.
This portfolio review did not start the service or verify a deployed instance. See the repository README for the current setup instructions and limitations.
Next increment
A small date-entry API with validation and tests would create an increment that can be explained and reviewed. Sensitive documents and real student identifiers are unnecessary for a learning demo.
